Offense: Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property, Defraud Pawnbroker
Please be on the look-out for Carlos Lewis.
Mr. Lewis has a warrant for his arrest for Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property, and Defrauding a Pawnbroker. The warrant was obtained by USF Police Investigators after discovering that Lewis had pawned a bicycle which was previously reported stolen to this agency.
