RE: Bank Fraud Activity

The University Of South Florida Police Department is attempting to identify the following subjects depicted in these ATM surveillance photographs. Both subjects were in possession of a stolen ATM card that was used to make thousands of dollars in fraudulent transactions in the victim's account. These offenses occurred at the USF Federal Credit Union and at other ATM locations in Hillsborough County.
