Offense: Burglary
Location: College of Nursing (MDN)
Witness stepped out of her office to assist a student and returned back into her office a few minutes later and observed her door closed. When she opened the door, she observed a male going through her purse. Her laptop had been moved from the desk to her chair. Uniform patrol responded and later arrested Lee Edward Spivey, black male, 04-19-1967. He was charged with one count of burglary and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail.
