Date of Alert: August 17, 2005 Alert#: 2005-003 Offense: Burglary/Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Location: CUTR Building

***UPDATE*** DARYL W. REMBERT WAS ARRESTED ON 9/16/05 AND IS CURRENTLY IN JAIL. ***UPDATE*** A warrant has been issued for the suspect Daryl W. Rembert relating to following case. A similar incident occurred at the Library on 8/22/05 in which Rembert is also the suspect. If you come in contact with this person call UPD immediately at 813-974-2628 or dial 911. Alert from August 17, 2005: The victim’s credit card was stolen from her office at the Center for Urban Transportation and Research (CUTR) during the timeframe of 11:30AM and 12:15PM on August 16, 2005. Surveillance photographs were obtained from a local business on Fowler Ave of the suspect using the victim’s credit card. He was last seen wearing tan long pants and a dark colored button down shirt.
