COMMUNITY CRIME ALERT

Date of Alert: August 1, 2005 Alert#: 2005-002 Offense: Robbery

*****UPDATE**** On September 13, 2004 Rodger H. White was arrested by the Temple Terrace Police Department. Victim confronted a white male subject in her office at the Student Services Building (SVC) at 9:25AM when she discovered her wallet missing. Subject had his hands in his pocket and warned the victim not to confront him. Suspect fled on foot as victim chased subject from SVC to Cooper Hall(CPR). The victim lost track of the subject at CPR. The subject is described as a white male, 6'0, 180 lbs., thin, blonde short crew cut type hair, and blue eyes. Last seen wearing a red or pink shirt, blue jean shorts and carrying a camouflage type backpack. The suspect in this investigation has been positively identified by witnesses as RODGER HAROLD WHITE, a former employee at USF Tampa campus. Subject White is also wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for attempted murder and other charges in a July HCSO investigation. .
